    Hi
Have had this dishwasher for a couple of years and it’s little plastic doorcatch inside the door has cracked and will not let us shut the door. It has failed once or twice before and I was able to spring it back to the correct position but now it has snapped!
Is it a reasonably simple job to just undo all the screws around the door and get it out and replace or are there hidden dangers with springs anfd things I should be aware of before attempting this?
    Thanks team

Part number is C00085357. an e-mail to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get you costs etc.

This part has been modified and the instructions do mention taking great care to align the new latch to allow the door to close correctly.

The only things to beware of are the edges on the inner door, razor sharp.

    Jim.

I have doubled checked, and C00085357 is definitely the part listed for the machine – piccie of current part can be found HERE.

You have taken on board Iadom’s comment that the part has been modified?
