    I have a Hotpoint slimline dishwasher, LSTB4B00UK, it is 2 years old.
    It now starts, sprays dishes with water etc, then stops about 45 minutes later.

    The on/off button LED is flashing and the Intense wash and 1/2 cycle LED’s are on.

    What error code do these LED lights indicate

    i tried the usual switch off then back on, it will always stop at the same point.

    If the LEDs you refer to are the 1st & 3rd program LEDS counting from left to right, check your filters. If they are OK, most likely you have a blocked air chamber in the sump.
