    There appears to be a different smart card reader for the Hotpoint washer dryer AQM8F49U part number C00272306. Does anyone know if we need to buy this reader to download the smart card?
    We have the reader C00252539 but that will not download the data from this smart card. Thanks

    According to Hotpoint…yes you need C00272306. 🙁

    Personally speaking, I’d rather use THIS. 😛
