Anyone got any tech info for these, please?
I would like to know the resistance reading at ambient for the temperature probe thermistor.
I have one starting at 541 Ohms and rising within 20 secs to 559 Ohms by holding it between my fingers.
I’m assuming this is OK, as the problem is intermittently not getting to temp, so I’m suspecting the timer.
But tech info would be gratefully received, please. 🙂
