    Hello

    We have a Hotpoint LFT 228AUK which was fitted with a new kitchen about 3 years ago.

    I need to know the terminology for the switch/control unit so I can get a price. I’ve done searches but there’s nothing called a ‘switch panel’ or ‘control panel.’
    It’s the bit with the on/off switch that you see when you open the door. It also has a digital display, a program button and a timer button. All are mounted on a PCB which then mounts inside the door. I can provide a pic if needs be.

    The on/off switch is faulty so I was hoping I could obtain a new unit.

    It is shown as a ‘display card’ part number, C00274025.

    Cost around £42.00.
