Hi. clean filter light is always on, and she says it was like this from near new but never got around to phoning H/point. Sometimes the programmes are cut short. Anyone ever have this fault, better still anyone know how to cure it? Ta.

Not sure how to cancel but blockages and gunge right at the back of the condensor chamber is one problem area.

Most kind. But will go back and have a look first, since I`ve got to go back to the `Plastic Palace`( a posh mansion of deluded grandeur ) to check out their wmd960`s: they`ve got two of the buggers; wish me luck I`ll need it. I may be there sometime, actually since they`ve got plenty of spare rooms perhaps on a bed and breakfast basis!
