    Hi everyone our tumble dryer is about 3 yrs old and no longer gives out heat also the the empty water light is on but no water in it so I assume the 2 issues are related any suggestions for a cure many thanks Chris

    Could be the float or float switch stuck in the pump chamber at the back.

    You look in the float chamber down at the bottom of the back of the machine. It’s a grey plastic chamber, bottom right.
