This one is driving me barmy.
Dryer is leaking through the front to the left side of the condenser. Was originally leaking and we cleaned out the chamber(heavy grey fluff) but the condenser was spotless, customer says from the start that they clean it roughly every two weeks. Dryer still leaking from rear right of condenser box. Hoses fine, float chamber/ inlet clear and water getting through to reservoir fine.. Water within condenser when drying finished.
It’s a new type condenser which I haven’t come across before and its very easy to turn the 3 retaining clips with nil resistance from the seals. I’m thinking possible condenser seals but at £60 odd quid is it worth it.
Any other ideas or known problems with these.

    Thanks in advance

had few similar problems with these dryers . had one the other day could not find any reason for leak, unit was in a garage so concluded that maybe some moist air was condensing on the garage floor

Usually the black sponge outer seal that goes flat at the right hand side. Never had a problem with the grey inner condenser seal, can’t see how this one could cause a leak.

try smearing a little washing up liquid on the very outer edge of the seal if you get bubbles then it must be coming from the seal also is the machine level i.e. water runs to the back?

New condenser cured it. Seals worn as they cleaned the condenser every time they used the dryer!!
