    Hotpoint TDC-30P condenser

    Replaced the start and run relay after the following fault:

    Intermittently stops heating but continues program, empty water light is lit.

    I can hold in the start button for several seconds and the light goes out, and it then start to heat again, but it goes on again after a short period of time.

    Alas it did not fix the fault. What is wrong with it and can I get it fixed without it costing me a fortune…

    Please don’t spend to much time (and money) on barking up the wrong tree my friend. Your machine needs dismantling and cleaning to resolve this fault. (fluff blockages and TOC failures are the usual).

    It will take a local expert less than 30 minutes to sort, therefore I recommend to click on the link below for one and save further expense and bother! 😉
