    soryy new to the forum hope it s ok to post here got active light on this dryer but heat light wont come on as well as no heat any advice please?

    The most usual cause is the Thermal Cut-out fails, therefore a Thermostat Kit (Part No: 1701583 – Available in our shop@ ) is the most common cure. 🙂

    check thermostats and element ok it does this
    active light comes on but wont heat

    Did you isolate each one of the thermostats before checking their continuity? If so and they are still OK then there is a thermostat in the door/drum surround (at the top) that may be the fault??
