Have a Hotpoint Aquarius TDC30P condenser tumble dryer that leaks water from the bottom around the right had side.
Checked and cleaned out the condenser, checked the water valve on the plastic water collection bottle, black rubber bung taken out of the pipe at the rear and looks clean.
Sides taken off and fluff cleaned out but there must still be a blockage as the water forms a puddle on the floor and not into the water container. The water is gravity fed so why does it not fall straight into the water container?
Anybody with ideas where to look next when I go back on Monday.

Check there is not a crack in the plastic base where the pump is housed.

Is there a pump in the plastic base of a TDC30P tumble dryer?
Have not taken off the drum yet to dig deeper into the problem George. Will not know until Monday’s visit.

Ooops .. My bad … No sorry there isn’t.. I’m thinking of the CTD00 … But nevertheless, check the plastics. I just replaced the base on a CTD00 because it had cracks in the base and was leaking.

you can get them leaking between the plastic duct that is siliconed and screwed onto the back panel, ive sometimes cured with silicon, if not its a bin job as part is obsolete.
