Hi water light comes on I have checked water container but almost empty.Cleaned out float switch it then worked a couple of times, but now back to same fault water light on drum turns but no heat ,any ideas chaps.

not sure but i seem to recall that if the stats fail it brings on some of the warning lights if you have not checked them its worth doing so

yes have checked the stats on the heater they are fine ❓

float microswitch will be stuck on the up position,
remove rhs panel (mtr side)..microswitch siuated on other side of motor,
either push long screwdriver over to push switch down or if your hands are small sqeeze hand in…
this should cure prob…this prob occurs as a result of ir-regular checking of water …
