    Hi.
    Replaced front and rear bearings on this tumble dryer and it running smoothly now.but the other fault customer was complaining about was the was no water in tray.I have checked and cleaned all relevant parts while drum was out but still no water in tray.the utility room is steamy when machine is running.the door seal looks ok and condenser is clean and seal looks ok.anybody have any ideas?thanks

    Is the rear drum seal ok?

    Yes it does sound like the steam is getting out of the drum into the room so drum seals would be my first check

    I didn’t change rear drum seal as it looked pretty good.I will change it and see if it works.

    Have a good look at the front one as u strip it. Had one where the drum was warped and there was no way it would ever seal
