Hi all, now i’m sure ive seen this problem a while ago but cant find it.
There’s no motor action at all, normally if the capacitor has gone the motor hums, if you give the drum a helping hand it will start up but not this one.I wondered if it was the timer? any advice would be appreciated.

    Many Thanks, John

Could be a timer or a duff motor, best bet is to check the motor windings, then carry out a continuity check from the plug top through the timer to the motor to confirm if it is faulty.
