    Customer complained of scraping noise. I found the front felt bearing ring had come off and was in the bottom of the machine. I noticed there are no scuff pads or even a place to fit them. Is this correct for this model or is the machine incomplete?

    is the duct metal or plastic? if its a metal duct, theres a nasty conversion to be done, which isnt cheap

    1702495 drum and duct kit required pig of a job for the 1st couple, after that its not to bad.

    I can’t see my customer paying that sort of money. I will just fit a new felt and put it back together as it was. 😕
