hotpoint TDWSF83BEP F04 code

I’m looking for help with a Hotpoint TDWSF83BEP tumble dryer.
I have a F04 code , I looked on Hotpoint website which said it is a rear thermostat fault, I replaced the complete heater and thermostats as they are all in one unit, but I still have the same F04 code, I also have the small green sensing light on and the red door filter, bottom filter and water tank lights flashing.
all filters and water tank have been cleaned and replaced.
is there a simple fix for this or am I looking at buying a new dryer ??

unfortunately for you its a whirlpool dryer you have that’s rebadged Hotpoint

and F04 has slightly different meanings
try a whirlpool reset
