I need to purchase the thermostats but can’t find them anywhere. One says 180 degrees C and the other nothing. Please help. TIA

You won’t get the stats, we’ve tried and tried to source those as have many others. All you can get is the heater complete as shown here:

Thanks for responding, are there any stats close to the temp ratings that would work ? Thanks

Not if you want to avoid a fire risk, no.

The problem I’m having is the “clean filter” light is coming on half way through the cycle when both filters are clean (and all internal air ways) yet if I run the machine with the door open it works perfectly?

I’m not sure how that one detects it’s “blocked” one of the other guys may know but usually it’s indicative of blockage or fan issues.

the other stat is an ntc which is an electronic thermostat. its a variable resistor that changes resistance with temperature

there are 2 thermistors and I would guess they would use the reading from both of them to determine filter blockage

to find out which one you would need to measure the resistance at a given temp

Hi Dave, the ntc that sits next to the other stat is reading 14.2 k ohms @ 20 degrees. And the ntc that sits in the fan housing is reading 13.6 k ohms @ 20 degrees. Does that sound about normal ? Thanks
