    i require a timer for a hotpoint w/m 9042409 02, type 513238
    ive got one 9042409 01, type 513213 does anyone know if these are compatible probably not but i thaught its worth asking.

    They probably are but the wrong way round 😉

    The 02 may well replace the 01… model number ??

    wm timer 9042409 02 part no 1602271 green label 800/1000 rpm mk2 wm timer9042409 01 part n0 1601613 white label 800/1000 rpm mk1 .I do not think you can revert to 01 I poss will have the timer you req collecting dust in my work shop small fee ! 😆

    These are not interchangeable. You can substitute one just to check motor action or spin but you will end up with incorrect wash temperatures if you use the wrong timer. Tony EMW
