Hotpoint AQC9BF5E-Z1 will heat for about 5 minutes then all the lights start to flash and displays a F14 error.
The drum continue to turns – stops heating.
    Anyone had this fault?

According to a service manual for a similar machine:

    F14: Rear NTC Over Heating

Check the Cycling Thermostat is operating correctly.
Check the Machines Filter is Clean.
Check the machines air flow for blockages.
Check the machines Plinth and air vents are not obstructed or blocked.
Check the NTC and attached Circuit and Connections.

Thanks for your help but the customer hates the dryer and has bought a new one.
