I think i may know somebody who has one, thing is i’m sure he has a power unit for a top loader as well, wonder how much that is worth.

On Friday night, BEC components (bec-components.co.uk) were showing the tripod 149090 as a stock item for £21.08 but strangely enough tonight (Saturday) the same search shows nothing. 😕 Damn, 2 hours searching on Friday night and I thought I’d cracked it!! I desperately need one of these too.
My customer is adamant that they are available and her brother “He’s very good on the computer you know” has obtained one for his machine last week from Hotpoint themselves. 😯 Yes, I did question her and she was certain. Mind you, that’s not the first time I have heard of such clandestine things happening…… 👿
I am going to call her bluff tomorrow and ask HER to obtain the part; if she is successful I’ll post the website address.
