    Hi I am getting F4 and F8 codes and its not very often that the cloths actually dry, I clean the filters and empty the water after every use so not that
    Can anyone help please

    Not good news I’m afraid, F04 & F08 both relate to components being switched on when they should not be, in this case the pump and the heater.

    Nearly always a main PCB failure. 😥

    PCB is around £60 but it does need programming.

    There are seven different eeproms, five different smart cards and three different PCB’s for this machine.

    Is there anything else it could be as its mostly the F8 code I get, if not is it expensive to get fixed

    As I said, the pcb is the most likely cause, the Indesit electronics in these are not the best. As it needs programming then you are looking at £75 to £80+ for parts before labour, it could be damaged connectors on the board but even that may have done some damage to the board itself.
