Hi all.
This is my first post so please be patient. I have the above dishwasher which,
during the last week or so, has been freezing at what appears to be the final rinse cycle.This happens when either the “ECO 50” or “Normal” programmes are selected, which are the ones we normally use.
I watched it today on “Normal” and it went through the programme until it got to a point where it drained the water, filled again then flashed up “Rinse” on the display with 50 minutes left on the timer. The timer then started to count down but there was no more activity from the machine.
At a time showing of 27 minutes it stopped counting down and just sat there doing nothing. In “ECO 50” it must do something similar but freezes with a time of 1hr 05m on the timer.
The work around to allow us to make sure the dishes are rinsed properly is to turn it off and back on then select “Special Guest” programme and start. The machine then drains the water still in it, fills, rinses, drains and completes the programme.
There are never any fault codes shown. I have run the “Self Care” cycle with proper cleaning liquid in it and also run the test cycle which also ran straight through with no faults shown.
Has anybody got an idea of what is wrong with it ‘cus it’s doin my head in.
