    We have a problem with our tumble dryer. After a drying cycle I often (50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of times) find water leaking out from underneath the dryer below the water container. We always empty the container after every drying cycle so it’s not that the container is full. During a recent visit from a service agent (to fix a different problem) we were told that this was a design fault with this dryer and there was nothing that could be done.

    Is it true that this is a design fault? Can anything be done? Is it something else that can be fixed?

    I’d appreciate any help you guys can give.

    Check the rubber cap at the lower rear of the machine. Plenty of dribbles from that.
