    I have only had this washer dryer since March but it has come up with an error message F-14 whilst in the drying cycle? Not mentioned in the manual at all and can’t find it mentioned anywhere on the net! 😡

    f14 is dryer heater fault. Hope this helps

    Many thanks, for some reason it is now say f13 – I have phoned hotpoint and they say that that code is to do with heater also? Mind you they can’t come until 30th June!!! Shame because machine only 3-4 months old! Sarah
