Hotpoint Ultima WF865A – error code F05

Hi – I hope someone will be able to help!
My Hotpoint WF865A is just out of its warranty period and typically has just packed in. It stopped mid-rinse and flashed up the the error code F -05. This fault code isn’t listed on the Hotpoint website. I’ve emptied the water out and checked for blockages in the waste pipe. Unfortunately, as it’s a Hotpoint, the filter pump isn’t easily accessible so I can’t check to see if this is blocked.
I’m going to call Hotpoint service centre this evening but any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.

F05 is blockage need to check drain hose, sump hose, pressure chamber or worse still replace pump

Thanks for your reply Tony. My partner called Hotpoint this morning and they said it was a blockage. They advised us start a brand new wash and said that the blockage should work itself out. I hope they’re right.
