    Hello all, I am a newbie here so please be gentle!

    I have a two year old Hotpoint WMUD9627, recently I have been getting error code 05 but this seems to have settled after cleaning pump filter.

    Today the orange door light is stuck on and door is locked, have tried switching off for a couple of hours but no change. Have also pulled green door unlocker thingy but nothing happens.

    Any ideas please?

    Update….managed to get the door open with the green pull-tab and then run a rinse cycle.

    It seems that the pump only works sometimes, would this be a problem with pump itself or something else?
