    Hello,

    We have a problem mid cycle on our machine, no matter what the setting is, part way through the machine stops and throws up a DOOR message on the display, washing is not completed.

    We have tried turning off and on and also changing the type of cycle.

    Any help or Advice will be appreciated.

    Half way, on a 30 min fast wash it stopped with 17mins remaining

    Possibly the door lock, or heater i would have thought?
