I must admit that one of my customers became ‘significantly emotional’ over the ‘quality,reliability and distinction’ of her 18 month old Hotpoint w/m when informed that her machine was BER because the bearings had collapsed and it was a sealed tank. Sadly this seems to repeated at least once a week on Hotpoint w/ms.
