    The customer is saying that the door will not open unless it goes through the drying cycle after the wash.If the machine finishes on spin cycle door wont open.
    Is it likely to be the pcb?

    Maybe she’s got the dryer set without realising it possibly?

    Thanks Martin,could be,but she said if she selects normal wash without dry,machine stops at end of cycle and door wont open.

    Tell her to set program on drain after the wash & see if the door opens.
