    This is a binary error code, least significant digit at the bottom of the vertical progress indicators.
    Assuming these are the 3rd and 4th lights up from the bottom then the error reads binary 1100 = decimal 12
    Error code F12 = Communication error between main PCB and Display

    just in case you did not get it 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}
    the lights are as murv said a binary code so in decimal the lights have the values

    bottom light is worth 1
    2nd lamp is worth 2
    3rd lamp is worth 4
    4th lamp is worth 8

    so you have 3rd and fourth from bottom lit so you add them. thats 8 plus 4 = fault 12

    let us know if thats different

    Dave
