Good Morning, We were called out to a Hotpoint washer dryer that was not emptying, we pulled out a item of clothing from the pump and changed the door handle ( as the customer had broken it trying to force the door open ) tested on rinse all okay, customer has now got back to us saying that we have not fixed the machine as during a cycle the machine aborts and all the lights are flashing they have sent us a video and they are not exactly right BUT the spin, dryer, end, and door lock lights are solid and the super wash, slow spin, time saver, eco, and start lights are flashing, can anybody know what this error code is, Many Thanks Neil

The ones that are solid are the fault codes. As Iadom say we need model so we can find the info

Thanks Dave, the photo the customer sent was not that brilliant and the “5” and “6” look very similar, got the manual, I will put it somewhere safe, Looks like F15 error with the dryer element I am sure I will get blamed for the element failing/going down to earth, Ho Hum a service engineers life for me.

Hi Dave, just an update on this query, it was an insulation fault on the dryer element, as usual only showed when the element got hot. Regards Neil
