Hotpoint Washer/Dryer Mod WD440

Hi, Customer has an intermittent fault on the drying cycle.
She tells me it will fill with water about 10 mins into the cycle, then stop and the Led’s on the right hand side will flash? she doesn’t say which or how many Led’s flash tho. Sometimes it will go through the drying cycle without any problems at all. Any ideas?

The error codes are given by the vertical lights on the left of the console.

You really need to find out exactly which ones are flashing, could be partial pump blockage or a drain obstruction of some sort.

Hi Jim, Thanks for your reply.
Do u have a copy of the fault codes for this machine please?
I did clear a blockage from the pump 2 weeks ago. I’ve probably missed something. Thanks for your help.
