    went to this 3 weeks ago 2 drum paddels broken off ,, fitted 2 new ones .. now the 3 are all broken off after 3 weeks ,, drum bearings feel fine and nothing stuck in drum ,, and asked customer if they have washing trainers or things said know … mmm and stumped as what is causing this again ? any ideas guys

    got to be something catching them

    heater secured ??

    coins or anything between drums ??

    cant see anything drum spins fine and smooth

    if the heater is not secured or there is a coin or anything else between the drums then it will sound smooth until it get a load in it that causes it to bounce. Then the loose part will bounce around hitting the drum

    if heater wasnt secure surely it woulld leak all over place ,,?cant see anything stuck in drum .. weird man

    the front of the heater can waggle up and down if the front holder has come loose on some machines. it wont leak because the heater rubber will flex
