    Hi my Hotpoint washer is fetching up code F-11 just before it goes onto full spin the opposite way it just stops dead and flashes we have checked the pump and also checked for blockages and we did find a couple but it’s all clean now and water pumps out fine is there anything else u can advise me to do please

    Pump drainage problems can throw up this error code and also the main PCB is a caution…..could be costly. 🙁

    Thank you for reply we are going to try a new pump and if no joy I’m just going to get a new washer thank you
