Hotpoint machine not going door lock symbol in screen door opening not locked would it be anything other that door lock causing the problem thanks

Thanks Dave for your reply the person bough the machine from the regional owner the bought new machine can the still register to get it fixed under recall

does not matter its a safety recall so they cant say no

after all though you tell them only what they need to know and dont start volunteering the life history of the machine

I think they are just swopping machines for new ones and I was told AO.com are doing the swop

but you will find out. First is to find out if its covered by ringing them or filling out the for with serial etc
