no but i have the code book from uk white goods but it only seems to refer to the vertical lights on the facia and not the horizontal ones, but i will check out your suggestion
I’ve had this before & it’s usually the PCB. One trick that works sometimes is to unplug the machine & short the live & neutral pins on the plug!! I didn’t believe it but the tip came from a current Hotpoint/Indesit engineer & it’s worked twice for me. It makes the board forget all its troubles & reset.
iadom was right it was the brushes , also amazingly i had the same fault this week caused by a motor plug wire coming adrift on another machine
also had a ntc bad connection fault on heater thermistor the late type the small pins were coroded ( green in fact ) i changed it to earlier spade type thermistor
