Called to machine today and the display is stuck with test in display. Need some help in how to reset it back to normal as pressing cancel doesnt work any advice greatly recieved.
I had one on Friday that needed three or four attempts to clear though, even though I was using the correct method described for that date code, sometimes a bit of perseverence is needed.
You also need to tell the customer to avoid pressing both the On/Off & the Start/Cancel buttons at the same time, this is why it came up tESt in the first place.
