Hotpoint WD Series & H20 Error

Got a WD series model cannot recall model number but it has the large blue display, customer says H20 appears during wash, checked all solenoids, hoses and water supply all working ok. Machine been working for a couple of weeks now reported H20 again not going through cycle.

I seem to recall about demo mode on these, is this something that could be triggered by someone tampering with the appliance or have I overlooked something here

h2o is no water surpply water turned off or kinked pipe usually

Could the outlet hose have gone too far down into the stand pipe causing syphoning ??

Possible syphoning or check pressure hose has no puncture in it. Had one today but the p/hose had come loose
