Just taken a call for this one,apparently the door locks and lights 3,4,&5 are permanently lit and the machine is dead.Couldn’t see anything in the error codes like this, is it stuck on test maybe. Any ideas would be great as this one is miles away. Cheers Paul

Check for jammed buttons this will lock the board out, if not sounds like a new module.
