    Called to see this one the other day. Reported to be banging or rattling.
    Went expecting to find loose top weight but no fault found. However, noted on “handwash” (“H” I think) a very fast continous tumble lasting 2 minutes at beginning of programme. Seen this on some Indesits but don’t recall it being so long. Is it normal? Seems rather harsh for a handwash.

    Not noticed one ‘fast washing’ for that length of time but have never checked TBH.

    No indication in manual.

    Check drier element not loose, rattles like mad on spin if so.

    fast action wash on wool is normal, suspect it will be drier heater……..

    Thanks folks. I haven’t heard back from customer so it might have been a one off unbalanced load.
