Went to above machine today and found dryer cut out open circuit. seemed to remember a recent interesting topic on this subject. can anyone remember the date of the topic?

Hi 🙂
check to see if the dryer is blowing air, there is a filter in the rear of the heater box on top

Conversion kit to cure this problem is a 1605230, this is for all machines before date code 40. Includes complete heater box, later heater, stats, alterations to filter and valves etc. It does do the trick if the one shot keeps failing.

It should 🙄 come with full fitting instructions but I know of a couple supplied by Masterpart that came re packaged in bubble wrap sans instructions. 🙁

It wasn’t an article as such, it was a post, possibly in the public forums regarding constant one shot failures on these machines. The full conversion kit is the best way to overcome this problem.
