    went to a call yesterday the door was stuck locked so i changed interlock. problem is when the machine is switched on at the mains the machine still wont open but when switched off it does so this leads me to conclude it is not the interlock at fault.also customer done a wash with no probs but the door light flashed all thru the cycle.any ideas regards tedd

    Has to be a short circ in wiring to lock (unlikely?) or panel keeping lock energized when it shouldnt i would think, not something i’ve come across though.

    Have had this a few times – if it is not the interlock then I’m afraid it’s the PCB
