I put our WASHER DRYER on a WASH cycle today, then when I came in from work the 3rd light down (rinse/hold) was flashing slowly and the on/off light a flashing a lot faster. Can anyone help diagnose the fault please?

Not good news, could be loose or broken wiring, motor brushes but a strong possibility of main pcb failure as well.
