    The pump was blocked last week. Took the pump off and removed a hair clip.

    It had all been working fine, then today the machine will not go into a fast spin.

    When you put the machine on spin only, the pump runs, the machine emptys, then the pump stops and the drum just turns slowly. If you leave it the pump kicks in after about 90 seconds. Then the same happens again.

    The brushes are fine and I cant find any loose connections.

    Can you not give me any clue at all?

    The machine will be scrapped otherwise.

    Clues, I can give you far more than that, as can many other people on the trade side with greater knowledge than I have.

    You enquired about trade access around 8 months ago, what happened?

    I’ve just scanned a couple of documents and appliaed for a trade account.
    Should have done this months ago.
