hotpoint wd440 – F8

Hi all,
I have to call to this one, customer says it has completed the wash ok but when on dry, the on/off button and high heat drying lights flash, this works out as f 08, heater relay. I have not come across this before. Is the relay on the main module? if so does this mean replace the module or can you replace the relay?

Can be heater relay….. Can be wiring…….. Almost invariably a board fault………

Relay is soldered to the PCB anyway.

if you go for a module, make sure you get the correct eeprom too, many different types for washer dryers, depending on hot/cold fill, cold fill ony, plus 3 different types of dryer,
