hotpoint wd440p

hi all

Iam having a problem with a hotpoint wd440p ,when i start the appliance on any programme after a few secs the appliance will open the inlet valve and the drain pump and the drier motor all at the same time ,(the 3rd an fourth lights from the top also flash on the fascia) fallt code ? have changed the module at the base of the appliance with no joy .

anybody else had any experiance with this fault?

exactly the same fault this afternoon on off switch not working either you have to unplug this on a indesit WIDL126 as the machine was only 13 months old I advised to chace indesit as I suspected main board ( motors heaters tested ok. original fault started with ablocked pump)

f03 is an ntc fault

could be a broken wire, or a faulty ntc itself… comes as part of the heater

if youve changed the baord (with eprom) then its gotta be that

The 3rd & 4th led is the fault code for Nct short/open circuit, change the
dryer thermistor & check wiring to thermistor and board.
The fan, pump, and valve are switched on when a fault occurs
