    Hi,

    Can anyone help with this problem – I attended a Hotpoint WD440P washer dryer and when you switch the machine on, all the lights on the facia panel flash continually.

    The only way you can switch the machine off is at the plug.

    Also, the machine will do absolutely nothing.

    I assume its probably the main board, but I haven`t seen this fault before.

    have you checked the display board to see that the minature switches are intact?

    All lights flashing is quite common and is virtually always a PCB failure. 😥

    Its even worse if the lamos arfe flashing. 😉 😆

    Hope P45 doesn’t read that last bit. 😀

    They all have these days, smart card, card reader, the lot. 😥
