Same old nonsense I’m afraid. Any advice would be great.

Power machine up and select program. Program starts and appears to run normally apart from…..

On the wash cycle the drum moves about 1/4 turn, stops, then moves 1/4 turn back the other way all within about 3 seconds. Machine then pauses for 30 seconds and does the same again. Customer initial reported the fault as “not doing the final spin at full speed”.

Ideas?
