turned machine on spin and took a long time for door to lock and then the pump was noisy. motor didn’t move. I thought the door lock was playing up so fitted new interlock but the same thing. the door lock light/power light was pulsing. even plugged a new pump and same noise.
can anyone help a poor distressed engineer please???

The new pump was also noisy?

Have you got a wiring diagram to check the circuits to the motor, I assume you have already checked the motor itself ?

Checked motor and ok. The on/off switch sounds realistic as it is taking time to lock the door switch. cheers will try that.

Try plugging machine into another wall socket.
