Hotpoint WD640 F-13 Error on display

Hi,

A newbie here.

I have lost the book that came with the Washer/Dryer and can’t find this error code on the web anywhere. The machine is flashing F-13 on the display.

Any ideas what it means???

Hi

I think from memory it relates to the NTC on the dryer or the dryer fan motor.

Remember any tests to conduct should be done with the appliance disconnected from the mains supply for your own safety.

If in doubt use a qualified engineer, one can be found at the home page on this site.

I have a hotpoint washer dryer wd460 which had f13 error also the dryer was the problem. it’s possibly the dryer filter was blocked. they replaced it. on using the dryer for the 1st time after filter replaced no fault or problem with drying. the part no is 210104155. i hope this helps you.
